Conditions
- All prices are inclusive of bed linen and electricity.
- The cottage are available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
- 30% deposit required at time of booking and the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before. Please note £50.00 will be deducted from your deposit if you cancel your booking.

Dogs are welcome in our Woodpecker Lodge and there is a maximum of two dogs. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, for all our guests benefit and enjoyment of the farm and fishery we operate a strict poop and scoop policy, anyone not clearing up after their dogs will be asked to leave and their booking terminated.
